Mr. Hilbertz joined the Board of Directors in 2023. He headed up several Internal Audit functions with distinguished companies, such as Abu Dhabi Healthcare Services, Abu Dhabi Airports Company, and Swiss International Air Lines Ltd. Mr. Torben has worked in statutory audit, internal audit, consultancy, controlling, and corporate finance functions since he began his career in 1997 with Arthur Andersen in Germany.

He is a Board Audit Committee member of Flyadeal, Jeddah. In 2012, Mr. Torben played a pivotal role as one of the six founding members of the Swiss Financial Experts Association (Swiss FEA), an association dedicated to independent financial experts on boards or committees.

He is an active member of the Institute of Internal Auditors since 2002 and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Mr. Torben has consistently demonstrated a commitment to professional excellence. His knowledge and experience have been shared at numerous international conferences, reflecting his dedication to advancing industry practices.
