Dr. Rayyan M. Alharbi currently serves as Vice President of Operations, where he leads key strategic business portfolios and healthcare operations within Fakeeh Care Group. He is a senior healthcare executive and physician leader with more than 15 years of experience across hospital operations, clinical governance, commissioning, and large‑scale healthcare transformation in both the public and private sectors.
In his current role, Dr. Alharbi oversees several strategic businesses, including NEOM Hospital, the Advanced Health Center, and other NEOM ambulatory care centers, in addition to Al-Farabi Co and Carecom, where he leads the commissioning activities for new healthcare construction projects. His responsibilities include operational performance, clinical quality, financial sustainability, workforce effectiveness, and the delivery of complex commissioning.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Alharbi held several senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer, Medical Director, Chief Clinical Services Officer, and Executive Director of Corporate Clinical Projects. He also contributed to national healthcare transformation initiatives through his work with the Health Holding Company (VRO), supporting population health management and private sector participation programs aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
