He is widely respected for his deep expertise in healthcare financing, claims systems, regulatory compliance, and payer-provider relations.He is known for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to align operational performance with strategic priorities, with a focus on consistency, transparency, and accountability.

In his current role, he leads the group-wide Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) function, overseeing billing, collections, denial management, coding, insurance contracting, and regulatory compliance.
